Pratt lawyer and businessman Timothy Barker filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy this week, saying he had nearly than $1.7 million in liabilities and $527,000 in assets.
Barker is the former chief executive of Orion Ethanol, which filed for bankruptcy in 2008, and was owner of several restaurants in Oklahoma.
In 2009, he filed for the Republican nomination District 1 U.S. House seat but dropped out of the race before the primary.
